Troubleshooting
Check Howie's role and permissions, or ask in the support server.
What do these numbers mean?
- Servers connected is how many Discord servers Howie is in right now.
- Scams detected counts scam posts Howie caught in the last 24 hours. Posts removed counts the ones it actually deleted, so it can be lower.
- Gateway latency is the round trip between Howie and Discord. It isn't how long a scam stays up.
- Detection speed times test scams that Howie posts in a private server, from posting to deletion. Real scams, once there are enough of them, show how long Howie's checks took.
- Uptime is the share of health reports where a service was working. Updates and days without reports don't count against it.
